Microneedle Radiofrequency

MNRF combines fine micro-needles with radiofrequency energy to remodel collagen at depth — for acne scars, large pores, and skin laxity, with much less downtime than traditional lasers. We use the Fraxis Duo platform, which combines microneedle RF with fractional CO₂ on a single device for sequenced or combined protocols.

Compared to fractional CO₂?
MNRF has less downtime and lower PIH risk on darker skin, but fractional CO₂ delivers more dramatic resurfacing in fewer sessions. Often we combine both.
