Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or appointment form, we collect your name, contact details (phone, email), the concern or treatment you're enquiring about, and any free-text message you share. We also log your IP address and browser for security and rate-limiting.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule your appointment, and follow up about your care. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for essential site functions (CSRF protection, the chatbot's open/closed state). For aggregate traffic measurement we use Vedatricks Analytics, an analytics service operated by our website agency (Vedatricks Technologies Pvt. Ltd.); it records aggregate usage data such as pages visited, referring source, and approximate device/browser type to help us improve the site, and is not used to identify you or for advertising. Any additional analytics (for example Google Analytics) load only after you accept our cookie banner. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months by default. Appointment records form part of your medical file and are retained per applicable medical record-keeping requirements.
