Intralesional Therapy

When a skin condition sits deep — keloids, cystic acne, alopecia areata patches, thick plaques — creams and oral tablets often cannot reach the right depth at the right dose. Intralesional therapy places the medication exactly where it is needed, in a tiny volume, with very few systemic effects.

FAQ

Common questions about Intralesional Therapy.

When will I see a change?
Cystic acne often calms within 24–48 hours. Keloids soften over a few sessions. Alopecia patches typically show regrowth in 4–8 weeks.
Are there side effects?
Occasional thinning or lightening of the skin at the injection site, usually reversible. We use the lowest effective concentration to minimise this.
