What are your clinic hours?
Monday to Saturday — 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How quickly will you respond to a contact form submission?
Within 24 working hours. Most contact form submissions are answered the same day during clinic hours. For anything urgent, please WhatsApp or call us directly.
Can I book a consultation by WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp us on the number listed and a team member will help you find a slot. For first consultations we recommend booking in advance to ensure unhurried time with the doctor.
Do you accept card and UPI payments?
Yes — we accept all major cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Cash is also accepted. We do not currently process insurance directly, but we provide itemised invoices for reimbursement claims if your insurer covers dermatology consultations.
Is there parking on-site?
On-site parking is available for two-wheelers. Cars can be parked in the lanes nearby or on the open ground opposite Sanjeevani Hospital. The clinic is on the 5th floor with lift access.
